General Information
Guest count and Guarantee
The maximum number of guests for a private function is thirty five (35).
All menu selections and special arrangements should be completed ten (10) days prior to your function.
A guarantee of the number of guests attending a function is required three (3) days prior to the date of the event. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.
Conformation
A $200 deposit is required to secure your requested date and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Additional Charges
7% sales tax will be added to food and beverage charges.
20% gratuity added to food and beverage charges.
There is a minimum charge of $750.00 for the use of the private room, that includes food and beverage but excludes tax and gratuity. There is no additional room charge.
Special Arrangements
We offer a variety of CD's for "background" music. If you have a specific music preference, we can pre-arrange selections for you from our CD library, or you may choose to bring your own.
All decorations and outside entertainment must approved.
