    As Executive Chef at The Tewksbury Inn I often find customers are interested in learning more about how we prepare fine cuisine. If you count yourself among these curious patrons, consider taking a personal class right here! Join me, Chris Quintile, in our intimate upstairs kitchen for an evening of cooking and consuming a delicious dinner. We will discuss the intricacies of what goes into the meals we eat including seasonings, dressings, sauces, stocks, cooking techniques, plating, presentation and more! You may assist as much as you wish to suit your comfort level, and then reap the rewards of the session with personal service in a private dining setting.
